BazaKit legal center
Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of BazaKit and purchases from Cujia Group. Please read them together with the product page and the policies incorporated below.
On this page
1. Seller and agreement
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Intellectual Property Policy and the order-specific information shown before payment. If you do not agree, do not order.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of contracting. If acting for a business, you confirm authority to bind it. Keep credentials secure and provide accurate, current billing, delivery, tax, importer and contact information. We may verify identity, payment or business information and suspend activity reasonably suspected of fraud or misuse.
3. Products, kits and guidance
Product images are illustrative; disclosed reasonable batch, color or packaging variation may occur. A theme kit is a coordinated group of products and materials, not a franchise, investment, employment arrangement or guarantee of sales, margin or income. Suggested retail prices, margins, demand signals and selling plans are estimates for independent evaluation. You remain responsible for local demand, pricing, permits, taxes, resale disclosures and lawful operation.
4. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Automated acknowledgement is not acceptance. A contract forms when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, subject to local law. We may reject or cancel before acceptance for stock, pricing error, compliance, payment, sanctions, fraud risk, delivery impossibility or obvious mistake, and will refund amounts collected for cancelled items.
5. Prices and payment
Prices and currencies are shown at checkout and may change before an order is submitted. You authorize collection of the displayed total through the selected payment method. Currency conversion and issuer charges may apply. Product price, freight and estimated/collected duties or taxes are itemized before payment; final customs adjustments remain the buyer's responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Shipping, title and returns
Processing, delivery, importer obligations, risk allocation and delays are governed by the Shipping Policy and order confirmation. Returns, cancellation and remedies are governed by the Refund Policy. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies.
7. Acceptable use
Do not break laws, infringe rights, misuse accounts, interfere with security, scrape at unreasonable volume, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected features or make false claims about affiliation with BazaKit.
Do not resell BazaKit selling materials as standalone content or use the service to market prohibited, unsafe, deceptive or counterfeit goods.
We may restrict access proportionately to protect users, rights, systems or legal compliance.
8. Intellectual property and user content
The Intellectual Property Policy governs site content, brand assets, downloadable materials, infringement reports and user submissions. Purchasing goods transfers ownership of those physical goods, not ownership of BazaKit content or third-party intellectual property.
9. Warranties and liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud, wilful misconduct or liability for death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited. Otherwise, the service and guidance are provided with reasonable care but without a promise of commercial outcome. To the fullest lawful extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or business interruption. For a Business Buyer, aggregate liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where law prohibits that limit.
10. Business-buyer responsibility and indemnity
A Business Buyer is responsible for lawful import, resale, labeling, marketing, permits and customer-facing obligations in its market. To the extent permitted by law, a Business Buyer will indemnify Cujia Group against third-party claims caused by its unlawful resale, altered products, unsupported claims, infringement or breach of these Terms, but not to the extent caused by us.
11. Force majeure and communications
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, subject to mandatory rights and payment/refund obligations already due. You agree to receive order and legal communications electronically. Keep contact details current.
12. General
If a provision is invalid, the remainder continues and the provision is adjusted only as needed. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign an order without consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor without reducing your rights. The order confirmation and incorporated policies form the entire agreement for that order. The English version controls to the extent legally permitted if translations differ.
