Shipping Policy
Orders may ship from China or an authorized overseas warehouse. Checkout presents the available route, estimated charges and expected timing for the specific order.
On this page
1. Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 2â7 business days after cleared payment and completion of any required verification. Larger purchases, customization, consolidation, holidays, stock transfer or compliance checks may require longer. The product or checkout page will disclose a different lead time where known.
2. Dispatch locations and methods
Goods may ship from Yiwu or another facility in China, or from an authorized warehouse in the destination country. Available methods are primarily air and sea freight and may include local parcel delivery for the final leg. We may split an order when this reasonably improves availability, compliance or delivery.
3. Current reference transit times
The following carrier references were reviewed on 23 July 2026 and apply to eligible cross-border parcel routes from China. They exclude the 2â7 business-day order-processing period and do not apply automatically to sea freight, overseas-warehouse delivery or every SKU. Checkout remains the authoritative estimate for the actual order.
- Brazil: normally 15â25 business days. The current carrier sheet separately warns that policy-related handling may add approximately 7â10 business days.
- Indonesia: the listed battery-goods route is approximately 7â9 business days for Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) and 12â16 business days for other regions. No ordinary-goods Indonesia route is stated in the supplied sheet.
- Philippines: approximately 5â6 business days for ordinary goods and 8â10 business days for battery goods.
- Malaysia: approximately 8â10 business days for West Malaysia and 9â12 business days for East Malaysia.
- Thailand: approximately 5â6 business days for ordinary goods and 5â8 business days for battery goods.
- Singapore: approximately 6â7 business days for ordinary goods and 5â6 business days for battery goods.
- United States: approximately 6â12 business days for ordinary goods and 8â15 business days for battery goods.
- Most listed core EU destinations: approximately 6â10 business days, subject to destination, customs and product classification.
4. Estimates, not guarantees
The checkout or order confirmation shows the order-specific estimated transit time. It begins after dispatch, not when the order is placed, and is not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Customs, port congestion, peak seasons, weather, remote-area service, carrier disruption and force majeure can cause delay.
5. How shipping is calculated
The available route and charge depend on destination, postal code, ordinary-goods or battery-goods classification, actual weight, volumetric weight, minimum billable weight, weight band and optional services. The billable weight is generally the greater of actual and volumetric weight, subject to destination-specific rules. Published carrier tariffs are procurement inputs and may change; the customer pays only the shipping amount displayed and accepted at checkout.
6. Price, freight, duties and taxes
Before payment, checkout will summarize the product price, shipping charge and the customs duties or import taxes then estimated or available for collection. Unless the order confirmation expressly states a duty-paid arrangement, the buyer is the importer of record and remains responsible for import eligibility, declarations, duties, taxes, brokerage, storage and any final adjustment assessed by authorities. An estimate is not a binding assessment by customs.
7. Customer information and import compliance
Provide a complete deliverable address, telephone number, tax or identity information and importer documents required by the destination.
Check local product, labeling, age, safety, resale, licensing and import restrictions before ordering.
Respond promptly to carrier or customs requests. Delay, seizure or return caused by inaccurate information, prohibited import or failure to cooperate may be charged to the buyer where permitted by law.
8. Tracking and delivery
Tracking is provided when supported by the route. Some consolidated or sea shipments update only at milestones. Delivery is completed according to carrier records, a signed receipt, designated safe place or other lawful delivery practice. Report non-delivery promptly so we can open a carrier investigation.
9. Damage, loss and refused parcels
Record visible package damage with the carrier and contact support@bazakit.com with photos of the outer packaging, label and contents. Do not discard evidence. For confirmed loss or damage for which we are responsible, we will provide a remedy under the Refund Policy. If a buyer refuses an otherwise conforming shipment or fails to complete import formalities, actual outbound, return, storage and customs costs may be deducted where lawful.
10. Route changes and force majeure
We may use an equivalent carrier or route where necessary, without reducing the purchased service level. We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, but will provide available updates and preserve any non-excludable legal rights.
