How BazaKit works

Why we built BazaKit

A practical starting point for people who want to begin small.

BazaKit is designed for young first-time sellers, students, side-project starters, small teams and people preparing a seasonal stall, campus pop-up, party table or online resale test. Many of them have motivation, but not the time, sourcing experience or budget to build a complete product range from hundreds of unrelated listings.

We turn a real selling scene into a ready-to-adjust package: coordinated products, transparent quantities and specifications, suggested selling plans, display guidance and reusable content materials. This reduces sourcing confusion and preparation work while keeping the final decisions, budget, product mix, price and selling method, in the visitor's hands.

Your BazaKit journey

From choosing a theme to replenishing what works.

Follow the complete flow below. Each stage tells you what to decide, what to check and where to go next.

Step 01

Choose a theme

Start with the occasion or selling scene you understand best.

Browse Christmas, Halloween, Valentine's Day, Lunar New Year, birthday, campus and other themes. Consider when and where you will sell, who the likely buyer is and how much time you have before the event. A familiar scene usually makes the first test easier to plan.

Before you continue

Choose demand you can observe locally, not only a theme you personally like.

Step 02

Choose how you want to sell or use it

Match the kit to your own conditions instead of copying someone else's setup.

Decide whether you plan to run an offline stall, resell online, buy for personal or event use, or operate with a team. Check your available space, selling time, storage, audience access and delivery ability. These conditions determine which product mix and package size are realistic.

Before you continue

Your selling method should fit your current resources and schedule.

Step 03

Select a suitable theme kit

Compare package size, contents, budget and recommended selling scene.

Open the theme kit detail page to review who the kit is for, the included product groups, total sellable pieces, customer reviews and specifications. Use the reference sales plan as a planning aid, then decide whether the package is appropriately sized for your first test.

Before you continue

Start with an amount of inventory you can comfortably manage.

Step 04

Check and adjust the package

Confirm every product and prepare the guide materials before checkout.

Review the What is included table, adjust supported quantities and inspect each product's material, size, color and packaging attributes. Download or save the selling plan, display guide, suggested pricing worksheet and social content materials in advance so you can review them with a partner or team.

Before you continue

Treat suggested prices and margins as editable assumptions, not guaranteed results.

Step 05

Purchase and pay

Confirm your destination, quantity, shipping estimate and order total.

At checkout, verify the product subtotal, delivery country, estimated shipping cost, duties or taxes, coupon conditions and payment method. Read the buyer-protection and support information before completing payment, and keep the order confirmation for later checking.

Before you continue

Evaluate the landed cost, not only the displayed product price.

Step 06

Receive and inspect the goods

Check the shipment before you begin selling or distributing it.

Compare the received cartons with the packing list. Count quantities, inspect product condition, verify variants and take photos or video of any shortage or damage before unpacking everything. Contact order support promptly if the shipment is materially different from the order.

Before you continue

Keep packaging and evidence until the order has been fully checked.

Step 07

Start selling or using the kit

Set up the scene, prepare content and begin with a controlled test.

Use the saved display ideas, pricing worksheet and content prompts to prepare your stall, online listings or event setup. Record actual selling prices, customer questions and which products attract attention. Adjust the display and promotion based on real responses rather than relying only on the original plan.

Before you continue

BazaKit provides products and operational guidance, sales and profit are not guaranteed.

Step 08

Replenish proven products

Buy more of the individual items that work without repeating the full kit.

Use your order history and sales notes to identify fast-moving or low-stock products. Open the Reorder center, find the individual SKU from your original kit and compare the minimum order quantity, unit price and current availability before restocking.

Before you continue

Reorder based on observed demand and remaining stock, not excitement alone.

A responsible first step

Start with the scene you know and a batch you can manage.

The goal is not to remove every uncertainty. It is to make the products, assumptions, preparation work and next actions visible before you commit.
