Intellectual Property Policy
This policy protects BazaKit content and brands, defines permitted use of kit materials, and provides a process for reporting suspected infringement.
On this page
1. Ownership
BazaKit, its logos, site design, text, photographs, video, graphics, category structure, product curation, kit guides, templates and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to Cujia Group and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names and marks remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only.
2. Limited customer license
When a purchased kit expressly includes selling materials, we grant the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use those materials to display, promote and resell the genuine products in that kit. The license is for the buyer's own retail activity, is subject to any asset-specific instructions, and does not transfer ownership.
3. Prohibited uses
Do not sell, sublicense, publish, upload to a template marketplace, distribute or provide the materials as a standalone product or resource library.
Do not register or use BazaKit names, logos, confusingly similar domains, social handles or marketplace identities as your own.
Do not remove rights notices, imply endorsement or partnership, create counterfeit goods, train a commercial content model on protected materials without permission, or use assets for unrelated products.
Do not copy the site, guides or kit structure at scale except where law expressly permits and cannot be restricted.
4. Buyer brands and independent businesses
We do not claim ownership of a buyer's pre-existing name, logo, original content or independent business. Any optional customization using buyer-provided assets is performed under the buyer's authorization. The buyer warrants it has the necessary rights and that the requested use does not infringe others.
5. Reviews and user content
You retain ownership of original reviews, photos or video you submit. By submitting content for publication, you grant Cujia Group a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, translate, adapt for formatting and display it in connection with BazaKit, subject to privacy choices and applicable law. You confirm the content is truthful, lawful, and does not violate privacy, publicity or intellectual-property rights. Permission may be withdrawn for future marketing use by contacting us, subject to legal recordkeeping and uses already lawfully made.
6. Reporting infringement
Send a notice to ip@bazakit.com containing: the claimant's name and contact details; identification of the protected work, mark or right; the exact BazaKit URL or item complained of; an explanation of the alleged infringement; evidence of ownership or authority; a good-faith statement; and a signed statement that the information is accurate. Knowingly false notices may create liability.
7. Review, removal and response
We may request clarification, preserve evidence, restrict or remove content, notify the submitting party, or terminate repeat or serious infringers where appropriate. A person whose content is restricted may respond with identification, the removed location, reasons it was lawful or authorized, supporting evidence and contact details. We may restore content when the dispute is resolved or the notice is not substantiated, subject to law.
8. Product authenticity and parallel rights
BazaKit expects suppliers and sellers to provide genuine, lawfully marketable goods. Geographic trademark, design, patent and distribution rights can differ. Business Buyers remain responsible for checking destination-market resale rights and must not alter labels or make unsupported brand claims.
9. Reservation and contact
All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Permission requests and infringement notices: ip@bazakit.com. General legal correspondence may be sent to Cujia Group, Yiwu, Zhejiang, China; the complete registered address will be published before commercial launch.
